What is Swift Svc?

Swift is a platform that allows people to get services on demand using our mobile App. Anyone with an Android phone or an iPhone that has basic data plan can use our platform. Please refer to the Get Started page for additional information.


How long does it takes to get setup and start using Swift Svc?

The setup takes a few minutes. However, depending on your information, your setup may require further review.


Cost

How much does it cost to use Swift Svc?

There is no cost to use our platform to make a service request. You pay the Servicer based on his or her rate.


How does Swift Svc make money?

Swift takes a five percent service charge from the total payment. This is automatically deducted when the Requester makes payment.
• Approximately three of the five percent is paid to our payment processor.
• The remaining two percent is to support Swift's operation.


Servicer Assignment Process

How is Servicer assigned?

Your request will be matched with Servicer with the lowest rate. You can review each Servicer before assigning your request to a specific one. The assigned Servicer can accept or decline your request. If the Servicer does not respond to your request within 10 minutes, the assignment will expire.


Requester

Does Swift Svc store my Credit Card?

No, we do not store your credit card number. Swift Svc uses BrainTree payment plug-ins to process your payments which is PCI compliant.


Can a request be cancelled?

A request can be cancelled at any time as long as it is 30 minutes before the scheduled service time. Keep in mind, if you make too many cancelled requests, your account will be flagged for review.


How do I make payment?

After the Servicer updates the request to "Rendered", the "Complete" button will be available for you to proceed with payment.


How can I rate the Servicer?

You can rate the Servicer during the payment process. Servicers rated at 2 stars or below will be flagged for review and removed from your future listing. Servicers who are consistently rated 2 stars and below will be flagged for suspension.

How do I become a Servicer?

You need a Venmo account and you will need to setup service profiles that represent the services that you want to provide.


How to manage outstanding service requests?

Use the Service Mgt screen to manage all active service requests. Servicer do not have the option of canceling requests. If you accepted a request, but unable to perform it, you will need to contact the Requester and ask him/her to cancel it.


How do I get paid?

After you flagged a request as “Rendered”, the Requester initiates payment to be disbursed into your Venmo account.


When is payment available in my Venmo account?

If there are no issues with your service, it generally takes three days before the payment is fully available in your Venmo account. Otherwise, payment is put on hold until the dispute has been resolved.


How can I rate the Requester?

You can rate the Requester after payment has been initiated. Requesters who are consistently rated 2 stars or below will be flagged for review.


Communication

How do I communicate with Servicer or Requester?

You can communicate with Requester or Servicer if the request is in “Accepted” or “Rendered” state. Use the icon to message the Requester/Servicer.
• For your safety, do not give out personal information such as your full name, phone number, or credit card information.
• Please do not attempt to make direct communication outside of our messaging platform.

What should you do if you feel that your safety is compromised?

Terminate your transaction and report to us immediately using the Help & Support form.


Dispute

Requester:
Service was poorly performed.

In the event that the service was not performed satisfactory, please contact us by submitting a Dispute through our Help & Support.


No-show Servicer.

If you were unable to contact the Servicer, please contact us for assistance through the Help & Support. No-show Servicer will be flagged for review. We suggest that prior to the scheduled service time, contact the Requester/Servicer via our messaging platform for confirmation. Thirty minutes before the scheduled time, both Servicer and Requester will get a system notification reminder.


Servicer:
I rendered service but payment was not posted.

Contact the Requester to remind him/her that they need to make payment. In the event that Requester cannot be reached, please contact us by submitting a Dispute through the Help & Support.


I accepted a request but now I am unable to perform the service.

Contact the Requester immediately and ask him/her to cancel the request.
