Using Swift to get the service that you need is quick, simple, and secure.
• iPhone or Android phone with HD resolution (768x1280) or higher

• Credit Card
Get Swift for your iPhone at Apple App Store or for your Android phone on Google Play. After the installation, sign-in
with your Google Account.
You will be directed to the User Setup screen:
• Populate the various fields and a selfie
• Your credit card will be used to verify your identity. You will not be charged.
From the Request Management screen, you can initiate and manage your requests.
• New request: Select the service type then press the plus (+) on the upper corner.
• Manage requests:
a - If the Servicer accepted your request, then you are all set.
b - You can cancel request if it is 30 minutes or more before the scheduled
time.
c - After the Servicer rendered your request, you will be notified and the "Complete" icon will appear for you to proceed with
payment.
Please be as fair and as accurate as possible with your request.
Your safety is important. Only assign requests to Servicer with recognizable photo and report any suspicious activity; to report suspicious activities use the Help & Support or tap on the white title on any screen.
There are several ways to minimize disputes:
• Ensure your expectations are realistic
• Be as accurate and descriptive as possible
• If you need to cancel the
request, please do so at the earliest; Servicer will automatically receive cancelled updates.
